Source: YouTuber Elvish Yadav Acknowledges Organizing Snake Venom at Rave Parties

According to police reports, Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav has acknowledged setting up snakes and snake venom at rave events.

According to reports, Mr. Yadav, who was detained yesterday in connection with the snake venom case, reportedly admitted during interrogation that he knew the other accused who was detained for selling snake venom a year ago.

Yadav was taken into custody by the Noida Police earlier on Sunday, March 17, as part of their investigation. He was later brought before a judge, who sentenced him to 14 days in detention.

According to further sources, the 26-year-old YouTuber, who had previously denied any role in the snake venom controversy, acknowledged that he had interacted with and met the accused at various rave events.

Elvish acknowledged his connections to people detained in relation to the same case last year and admitted to coordinating snakes and snake venom at rave parties he had previously organized. Elvish had previously denied these claims, therefore this admission comes after his denial.

Mr. Yadav is currently being prosecuted under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act in addition to his prosecution under the Wildlife Act. The strict law, which has been used against him, addresses drug-related conspiracies such as buying and selling under Section 29. This law makes granting bail difficult.

It is also said that Elvish Yadav employed snakes during his video filming. According to authorities, he had already admitted to the police that Bollywood singer Fazilpuria was responsible for the snakes in his film.

Five persons had previously been taken into custody by the police in this matter following a raid at a Noida banquet hall. Of them, four were snake charmers. In addition, nine snakes and their venom were taken from the group.

An NGO lodged a complaint and a member set a trap and called Mr. Yadav for snake poison, which prompted the raid. According to authorities, the NGO member was provided with a phone number that directed him to the five suspects.

The Case of the Snake Venom Revealed

In relation to the snake venom case from the previous year, Elvish Yadav’s name came to light when some people were arrested for taking part in a rave party in Noida sector 49.

Nine snakes, including cobras, were found by the police during the operation, and they also seized about 20 milliliters of snake venom. Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code was used to pursue criminal conspiracy accusations, and legal procedures were conducted under the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972.

Elvish Yadav’s Confession To The Police
According to sources close to the investigation, Elvish Yadav acknowledged setting up snakes and snake venom at rave parties he hosted. In addition, he admitted to knowing other suspects detained in relation to the distribution of snake venom the previous year.

Due to these findings, Elvish now faces additional legal hurdles since charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act have been brought against him.
