The Sydney after-practice meal menu apparently did not meet Team India’s expectations. After their practice sessions, the Indian players claimed that they were not given any hot meals. based on BCCI sources, according to the news agency ANI.

Custom sandwiches were apparently on the post-practice menu, according to reports.

Notably, the T20 World Cup 2022 will be fed by the International Cricket Council (ICC), however, there won’t be any hot food served after noon. In contrast, the host association is in responsible of providing food in bilateral series.

It should be noted that Team India will not be taking part in the practice session either because they were offered a location in Blacktown, a Sydney suburb, which is about 45 minutes away from the team hotel where they are staying.
