The Men in Blue will now be looking to avenge their loss as the Proteas tour India in June for a five-match T20I series. The team will then tour Ireland to play two T20Is the same month before completing Test 6 of 6 against England from July 1-5. After the Test match, India and England will then continue to lock horns for three T20Is and another three ODIs.

Then, from July 22 to August 7, India will begin their Caribbean tour and take on the West Indies three ODIs and five T20Is which will then be followed by the T20 World Cup from October.

India are the current T20 leaders standing atop the rankings with a rating of 270 from 30 matches ahead of England who are in second place with 265 from 28 matches. Pakistan sit third with an overall T20I rating of 261 in 30 games.

In Tests, the Indian team has performed excellently to occupy second place behind leaders Australia. The Aussies have a Test rating of 128 while India have 119 followed by New Zealand (111) in third.
Team India slipped to fourth in ODIs partly because of the whitewash in South Africa. New Zealand lead the board with a rating of 125 followed by England (124), Australia (107) and India (105).
