Tamil Thalaivas produced an all-round performance to comprehensively beat Haryana Steelers 45-26 in Match 45 of Pro Kabaddi League(PKL) Season 8.

Thalaivas were on fire right from the beginning. Captain Surjeet Singh and Sagar were in no mood to let the Haryana raiders settle as they dished out tackle after tackle to induce an ALL OUT in the 5th minute of the game.
While the defence set the tempo, the raiders – Manjeet and K. Prapanjan – complemented them by picking up touching points as Thalaivas scored yet another ALL OUT with 8 minutes left to interval and opened a 14-point lead.
Vikash Kandola helped Steelers crawl back towards the end of the first half as they got Thalaivas ALL OUT with 2 minutes remaining, reducing the lead by 5 points. But Sagar got his High 5 just before the interval as the score read 24-18.
Thalaivas continued to dominate in the second half and induced an ALL OUT in the 3rd minute after the restart against an answerless Haryana. Tamil didn’t spare the Steelers even after that and went on ALL OUT Vikash Kandola-led Haryana with 5 minutes remaining.
The 18-point lead going into the last 5 minutes proved too much for the Haryana raiders as Tamil Thalaivas clinched the win.
