Jaipur Pink Panthers outshined Dabang Delhi 30-28 in a closely contested Match 46 of Pro Kabaddi League(PKL) Season 8.

Delhi started well, by the 10th minute, they had managed to reduce Jaipur to just 3 men on the mat. But Sahul Kumar produced a Super Tackle to swing the match in the Panthers’ favour. The intense first half saw Naveen Kumar almost getting injured twice and score reading 12-12. 

Delhi began the second half nicely as they induced an ALL OUT by the 5th minute. During the raid, Naveen Kumar crossed 600 raid points in PKL – the fastest to achieve this feat (53 matches). However, their five-point lead didn’t last long with Jaipur’s defence finally getting their grip. 

Deepak Hooda, who also reached a milestone of 900 raid points in PKL – only the third raider to cross the mark after Pardeep Narwal and Rahul Chaudhari, helped Jaipur ALL OUT Delhi and take the lead. 

Ashu Malik’s Super Tackle helped Delhi take a four-point lead going into the last 5 minutes. However, Hooda triggered an ALL OUT on Delhi after his two-point raid. The momentum helped the Panthers take the lead in the final minutes and win the match, ending Delhi’s unbeaten streak.
