In the 125th edition of the Boston Marathon, India’s Nitendra Singh Rawat came up with a sparkling performance. Even though he finished 31st from a roster of 45 runners, he did create an Indian record at the event — 2:22:01s — by surpassing Anubhav Karmakar’s timing of 2:46:34s.
