Gujarat Giants beat Haryana Steelers 32-26 in the Pro Kabaddi League(PKL) Season 8’s Rivalry Week.

Gujarat dominated right from the start as the raiders found easy points off Haryana’s defence. They rushed to an early lead but right when they sensed an ALL OUT, Haryana’s Jaideep produced a stunning Super Tackle. 

However, Steelers couldn’t save the ALL OUT for too long as Giants eventually got it with 2 minutes remaining for halftime. Gujarat went into the interval with a 7 point lead with the scores reading 19-12. 

The early minutes of the second half saw both sides slow down the pace of the match. Gujarat had an 8-point lead going into the final 10 minutes of the match.

Haryana kept picking up points as the Steelers got into a bit of momentum. With five minutes remaining, Haryana trailed by six points and had reduced Gujarat to four men on the mat. However, Gujarat defenders held firm to ensure there was no late collapse and won the match with a 6 point lead.
