India batsman Shubhman Gill praised Mayank Agarwal saying that the latter played a gritty and determined inning of unbeaten 120 runs at the end of the first day’s play. India is poised at 221/4 at the end of day one and would be looking to bat only once in the Test match in Mumbai.
