Cricketer-turned-commentator Ajay Jadeja has reckoned that Punjab Kings (PBKS) has the calmness of Chennai Super Kings
(CSK) captain MS Dhoni but never gives the feeling that he is a leader. Jadeja added that a captain should have at least one philosophy and not allow others to run the team.
