ATK Mohun Bagan have hit their first sticky patch of the season, winning just one of their last four matches. Antonio Lopez Habas’ side are five points adrift of leaders Mumbai City after a 1-1 draw with Goa on Sunday.

In their last four games, the reigning champions have drawn 0-0 with Chennaiyin and lost 1-0 to Mumbai City in the top of the table clash. They also beat NorthEast United 2-0.
Chennaiyin played out a fifth draw in their last eight games in a 0-0 stalemate with East Bengal on Monday. Csaba Lazlo’s side have been hard to beat, losing just one of the last eigh. But they have also been struggling to translate performances into wins.

The Marina Machans have drawn twice with East Bengal and finished level against NorthEast United, ATK Mohun Bagan and Odisha. Chennaiyin were beaten 4-1 by Hyderabad in the only blip since early December. They have also beaten Goa 2-1 and Odisha 2-1 in the last eight matches.

ATK Mohun Bagan lead the head to head 7-4 over Chennaiyin with five draws from 16 previous meetings.
The sides earned a share of the points from a 0-0 draw three weeks ago. Last season, it was a win each in the regular season before ATK beat Chennaiyin 3-1 in the ISL final.
